How can I book reservations for my vacation deal?
Just fax your Reservation Request Documents to us before your travel, and we will call you or email you back within a couple working days. Our fax number are 1-561- You can also scan your signed Forms into an email and send them to info@gotravelforever.com.
Am I be able to call my reservation dates in?
We need the signed Reservation Request docs in our office first, and then we will call you. However, if you call in during the reservation hours our booking agents can assist you with the docs. We cannot confirm dates until we have received your signed forms.
Are there any Black-Out Dates?
No, except the Florida vacation deal in Daytona Beach - Race Weeks and Bike Weeks are usually unavailable, but with early enough booking it is possible! For any of the other locations, travel is wide open. However, even in those locations, holidays and peak seasons do book up quickly, so if you need to vacation during these peak holidays, make sure you submit forms earlier while space is available!
Can I combine multiple getaways into one long vacation?
You can take one vacation getaway or combine with other locations trips - Contact the a reservations coordinator and they will assist you in designing your ideal vacation. However, the rental car may only be used one time.
If I cannot give a 30 day notice, can I still travel?
You can certainly travel with less than 30 days notice, however accommodations are all based on availability. The earlier your booking notice the better. Please feel free to call to see if we can get you accommodations earlier.
If I don't use all of my vacation, can I transfer it or sell it to someone?
If you do not use all or part of your vacation getaway please feel free to transfer or sell locations. Our goal is to travel you and your friends and family. We will need email confirmation from the initial getaway owner that they are transferring one or part of the vacation to the desired recipient.
Is there a limit to how many people can travel on the vacation?
The vacation can accommodate 4 adults or a couple with 2 children. There are destinations in Orlando that allow 5 people but due to fire codes that is maximum capacity per unit. You may, however, upgrade to a 2, 3, or 4 bedroom to accommodate all guests that will be attending. Florida and Missouri destination can legally allow 5 people. Nevada properties can legally accommodate 4 people.
Where am I going to stay on the getaways?
Depending on the location you choose to go, accommodations vary. We utilize national hotel properties such as Clarion Suites, Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn. There are numerous Resort locations throughout the US and Mexico. Be sure to call a reservations coordinator for the best accommodations for your friends and family. Inquire for specials on upgrades and additional nights.
Can I stay more than the given time frame in any of the locations? What is the approximate cost for adding nights?
Additional nights can be purchased for all destinations. The costs vary depending on what time of the year and where you are traveling to. Additional night stays can range anywhere from $65.00 to $189.00 (USD) per night.
Are shuttles available from the hotels in Orlando to the main attractions?
Many of the properties do offer shuttle bus transportation to one or all of the major theme parks. Your travel coordinator will give you more information after your have faxed your Reservation Request documents to us.
What can I do about transportation?
You can choose a 1 week rental car for a bonus option. Contact your travel coordinator during reservation business hours and they will be happy to assist you.
Do I need a passport, visa or birth certificate to go to the Bahamas or Mexico?
Yes, U.S. citizens will need a passport. Please visit http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html to start your passport application process. Citizens of all other countries should check with their local consulate for the proper documents needed to travel.
